Radios Left Vertex Low band 47.42 mHz, Vertex UHF 462 mhz, Digital Uniden Scanner, Kenwood 2m/440 TM-D700a at the Red Cross.
They ran several tests, this looks like just a laptop but it sends sound into your ear and measures the response back.
